Effective date: October 3, 2026

These Terms govern use of the Roofers Amarillo website. This website operates as an independent referral resource and is not the contractor or service provider that performs referred work.

Referral Service

We may help connect an inquiry with an independent local service provider. Providers are separate businesses and are responsible for their own licensing where required, estimates, pricing, scheduling, agreements, workmanship, warranties, insurance, and services.

No Service Contract With This Website

Using this website or submitting an inquiry does not itself create a home-service contract with Roofers Amarillo. Any service agreement is made directly between you and the independent provider you choose to engage.

Website Information

Website content is general information and may not reflect the conditions of a particular property or project. Availability, scope, estimates, and pricing vary by provider and location.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, probe, or unlawfully access the website or use its content in violation of applicable law.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roofers Amarillo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, pricing, or work of an independent provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These website Terms are intended to be governed by applicable law in Texas, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rules that apply.

Changes and Contact

These Terms may be updated when the website or applicable requirements change. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or (806) 217-9359.
